By installing our apps or using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

We collect only data necessary to operate our Shopify apps.

• Merchant Information: store name, myshopify domain, store owner email, and Shopify plan.
• Shopify Store Data: limited access to products, orders, customers, or pricing data depending on app functionality. We request only minimum required OAuth scopes.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device data, usage logs, and performance reports.
• Support Communications: emails or messages sent to our support team.

• Deliver declared app functionality
• Process billing via Shopify
• Provide customer support
• Improve performance and stability
• Detect fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We do not use merchant or customer data for advertising.

• Service Providers: secure hosting and infrastructure partners under confidentiality obligations.
• Shopify: as required under Shopify API and Partner Program agreements.
• Legal Requirements: when required by law or court order.
• Business Transfers: in case of merger or acquisition.

RolloutApps complies with Shopify platform policies and data protection standards.

• We request only necessary API permissions.
• We use store data solely for app functionality.
• We do not access store data after uninstallation.
• Store data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days of app removal.
• We support required Shopify privacy webhooks: customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact.

• Data retained while app is installed.
• Deleted within 30 days after uninstall.
• Support records retained up to 12 months.
• Financial records retained as required by law.
